usage
People often ask me what's up with my hair. Then they ask me if they can put my photos on their website or MySpace page. The short answer is "Yes, please do!" The slightly longer answer is below. If you would like to do anything at all with my photos, please take a moment to read this so there is no confusion.
Excluding comments, which are owned by the person who made them, all content is copyright 2006 & 2007 by Patrick McCracken, and is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License. Please do read the license. In short, says you can share, copy, distribute, or transmit these images (say, put them on your website or MySpace page), provided you:
• Attribute them to 'Patrick McCracken', with a link back to noctopia.net. If you are unable to create a link, adding something like '(noctopia.net)' after my name will do.
• Do not use them for commercial purposes. If you would like to do so, such as putting them on a CD or t-shirt or whatever, please contact me and we'll see if we can work something out. Most likely, we can.
• Do not alter, transform, or build upon them. This includes cropping them or removing the 'noctopia.net' stamp.
The above caveats aside, I do encourage you to re-post these photos, especially if they're of your band, or troupe, or whatever. That is, after all, the whole reason I put them under Creative Commons.

As for my hair, it just does that.
